Right items, right quantity, nothing missing.
COAs posted or on request, lot numbers, third-party purity results.
Response time, how problems were handled, refunds.
Site experience, payment options, order emails.
If something breaks the rules, we edit it out
Every review is screened before it goes live. When we change wording, you see the edited version first and choose to use it or rewrite. We never change your star rating or what you thought of the vendor.
If nothing about the vendor is left once the rule-breaking parts are removed, the review can't be published and we'll tell you why.

Fair play

Reviews from vendors, their staff, or anyone paid or rewarded for a review are removed.
