Questions
Can I remove or hide negative reviews?
No. You can post one public reply to each review, and you can flag a review as fake. Removing reviews would make every review on the site worthless to buyers, including your good ones.
What if it's not a fit?
Every new subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If RUO Reviews isn't working for you in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund your first payment in full. Reviews already published stay up, like any vendor that leaves.
What happens if I cancel?
Your profile and published reviews stay up, marked as no longer collecting reviews. New invitations stop.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. Built with Lovable? Your dashboard has a ready-made prompt that connects your store and adds the badge. Other custom sites can use the API, and anyone can BCC us on their order emails or upload a CSV.
What customer data do you get?
Email, order number and order date. No names, addresses, products or payment details. Emails are encrypted and deleted once the invitation is done; order numbers are only stored as one-way hashes. Or send the invitation yourself and we never get the email. Full details on the Data and privacy page.
What does the compliance screen change?
Wording only. It removes references to personal use, dosing, health effects, drug comparisons and personal information, and the reviewer approves the edited version before it goes live. It never changes the star rating or what the reviewer thought of you.
Can a review ever go live without being screened?
No. If the screen can't run for any reason, the review is refused and the reviewer tries again later. Your own replies are screened the same way.
Does paying affect my RUO Score?
Never. Every vendor is scored, ranked and moderated by the same published rules. Paying gets you the tools, never trust.
Does this help my SEO?
A little, as a bonus. Your profile can rank when buyers search "[your store] reviews", so they find verified reviews instead of a forum thread. We don't promise rankings or Google review stars; the point is clean, compliant reviews.
